Directions
Mix 1 scoop into 16oz water. Drink as is or add juice. Can be mixed into coffee, smoothies, soup, broth, or anything. Follow suggested uses on back of packaging. The powder is slightly salty due to the inherent nature of raw electrolytes. To reduce saltiness simply mix less amount per volume of liquid.
