Thiamin, Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Vitamin b12, Iron, Aqueous extract from carrot root, stinging nettle herb, spinach leaves, fennel seed couch grass root, kelp whole, hibiscus flowers, yeast extract, rose hip fruit extract, wheat germ extract, pear juice concentrate, water, grape juice concentrate, black currant juice, honey, organce juice concentrate, blackberry juice concentrate, cherry juice concentrate, red beet juice concentrate, ascorbic acid, natural flavor
Directions
Shake bottle well before use. Do not drink directly from the bottle. Use measuring cap provided for dosage.Take on empty stomach 30 minutes before a meal. Adults should take 10mL twice daily and children should take 10mL once daily. Refridgerate after opening.
