While we fully embrace the nutritious benefits of bone broths, our broths are not crafted to taste like medicine. This duck broth is delicious, soul-soothing, "hug-in-a-mug" stuff that will warm and nourish you inside and out. Even though this Duck Bone Broth Collagen Enriched Soup is fat-free it makes the perfect companion to our line of fats. For example, you can make a quick high-protein, high-fat Keto or Paleo meal just by heating up some broth and adding in some Cage-Free Duck Fat or Fatworks Organic Cultured Ghee. We slow cook this stock for 18 hours because we found that this is the perfect time for maximum nutrient extraction and the best flavor.
