GUI Zhi, Cinnamon (Cinnamomum Cassia) is an evergreen tree up to 15 m high, a species of the genus Cinnamomum of the Lauraceae family. Cinnamomum Cassia comes from South China and Indochina, also, it is cultivated in Java, Sumatra and Sri Lanka. The leaves of GUI Zhi are broadly oval, whole-edged, leathery, shiny green on the upper side, alternate, with deepened main veins, bluish-green on the underside, covered with short soft hairs. The flowers are small, collected in inflorescences, yellowish-white. The fruit is a berry.

Directions
Shake well before use. Take 20-30 drops, three times a day or as directed by your practitioner. The best way to use liquid herbal glycerites is to put the suggested amount in a glass of water, tea, or juice and drink the entire contents. Glycerites can also be administered directly into the mouth without the assistance of water however some glycerites are unpalatable which is why most people prefer to dilute them into a beverage.
