- HOW TO USE: Squeeze a quarter-sized amount onto your hand for application on small areas (knees, elbows) and slightly more for larger areas (backs, thighs). Rub in until absorbed. Allow the first application to rest 4-5 minutes to evaluate the heating effect on your body before applying more. Always remember to wash hands after application.
