WATERFAST is formulated to help any individual complete a long-term fast by replenishing the body with much needed electrolytes without sacrificing great taste and increasing the palatability of the product. Electrolytes in the right proportions and amounts allow you to remain active while minimizing negative side effects during fasting. Electrolytes that are included in the product are: Sodium (from pink Himalayan sea salt), Potassium (from Potassium Chloride), Magnesium (Magnesium Malate), Calcium (Calcium Citrate(95%+), Calcium Silicate (<5%)). All ingredients are 100% Made in the USA. Please give the container a good shake before using the product so that the product is well distributed. Start slow and ease into fasting. Starting with a 1 day fast is ideal for beginners. We recommend mixing the powder with 32oz of water as this will allow for more water intake throughout the day. Keep hydrated! The product is formulated to be mixed with 24oz of water. 16oz will result in a stronger flavor and 32oz will result in a weaker flavor. A full 3 day fast with 2 days of refeeding will yield the most optimal result. Fasting isn't for everyone, especially those with sensitivities to salt.
