Choose the desired pressure mode (soft, normal, or pulse). 5. Insert the nasal irrigator tip into your nostril and turn it on. 6. Gently irrigate your nasal passages, allowing the solution to flow out through the other nostril or mouth. 7. Repeat the process for the other nostril. 8. Clean the nasal irrigator after each use.
