Apply the cream twice daily, using the provided spoon. Start with a small dose and gradually increase to about 1 spoon per application over the course of a week as your body adjusts. Avoid use during menstruation; wait until three days after it concludes before applying. Post-menopausal women apply wild yam cream from the 7th to the end of each month, followed by a 7-day break to mimic a personal cycle.
