1. Remove the earplugs from their packaging. 2. Before using, roll earplugs between thumb and forefinger to compress. 3. Reach over and pull up on outer ear to straighten ear canal. 4. Quickly insert compressed earplug into ear canal while holding ear open. 5. Hold in place for a moment to allow earplug to expand for a proper seal. 6. To remove, simply twist and pull earplug out of ear.
