Directions: For adults, take one (1) capsule three times daily. The capsules can be opened and brewed as a tea. Uses: St. John's Wort promotes a positive mood and healthy emotional balance. *Each serving of St. John's wort contains 300 mg of St. John's wort extract standardized to contain 0.3% of its active ingredient, hypericin. The standard dose in research studies is 900 mg (3 servings per day). No artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners, no preservatives, no sugar, no starch, no milk, no lactose, no soy, no gluten, no wheat, no yeast, no fish. No sodium. Warnings: Not intended for use by pregnant or nursing women. If you are taking any medications, consult your doctor before use. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reaction occurs. It is not intended for use by persons under 18 years of age. Keep out of the reach of children.
