Prepare the gel pack by evenly distributing the gel inside, then freeze or heat in a freezer or microwave oven. Do not overheat when using a microwave. When using as a cold compress, it stays cold for up to 25-30 minutes. The pack comes with a soft washable cover and elastic straps to keep it in place. Doctors recommend cold or heat therapy for no more than 30 minutes each session. Keep out of reach of children and do not eat the gel. Be careful while heating in a microwave to avoid overheating and bursting.
