Cold Therapy: Place the ice pack in a Ziploc bag and put it in the freezer for at least two hours. Apply: Gently pull the ice pack onto your head and keep it in place for approximately 15 minutes. Hand wash with a damp towel for cleaning, do not submerge in water. Air dry, do not machine wash. CAUTION: If the gel comes in contact with skin, wash the area immediately with soap and water. If crystals become visible, throw away and do not apply to skin. Heat Therapy: Remove the ice pack from any plastic bags and ensure it is at room temperature. Microwave for 20 seconds; if more heat is needed, microwave in 10 second increments. Apply: Gently pull the heated ice pack onto your head and keep it in place for approximately 15 minutes.
