Order Cancellation Policy

At Nutricity We strive to process and ship orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Please read our cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Deadline

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after they have been submitted.
  • To request a cancellation, you should contact our customer service within this period via the contact information below.
  • If the cancellation request is received within 24 hours and before the order is shipped, we will refund the full amount to the original payment method.

Cancellation after 24 hours

  • After 24 hours, orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment.
  • Cancellation after this time may not be possible.
  • In such cases, you can choose to reject the delivery upon receipt.
  • When the rejected shipment is returned to us in original and unused condition, we will refund product price, including delivery costs.

Important information

  • Refunds are always returned to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Shipping costs are not refunded upon cancellation after the 24-hour deadline or for rejected deliveries.
  • If the returned item is not in its original condition, a charge may be applied handling or refill fees.
