Order Management (Handling Time)

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

When your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery time (Transit time)

Delivery time varies depending on your location.

The estimated delivery time is 4–20 business days.

We deliver throughout Denmark as well as to selected international destinations. Availability and delivery times are shown at checkout.

Tracking your order

When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your shipment in real time.

Taxes, VAT, and sales tax

All prices on nutricity.dk include applicable taxes and import duties where relevant. In most cases, there will be no additional delivery charges.

Damaged, lost, or missing packages

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is incomplete, we are happy to help you:

Damaged goods: Contact us within 48 hours after delivery with clear images of the product and packaging.
Lost package: If tracking doesn't update, or the package is not delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team.
Missing items: Report missing items within 48 hours of receiving your order.

After verification, we offer a free replacement or reshipment without extra costs.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided:

We may not be able to guarantee delivery or compensation.
If the order has already been shipped, shipping/delivery costs are not refundable.
