We strive to ensure your full satisfaction with each purchase. If you, for unexpected reasons, are not satisfied with your order, please read our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Policy and Conditions

As we sell health and dietary supplement products, product safety and hygiene have the highest priority.

Considering quality and consumer safety, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

Returns are accepted if:

You have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
Productet is unopened, unused and in original, intact packaging
The refund is processed within 30 days from the date you received the item

Returns are not accepted for:

Opened or used dietary supplements
Items without original packaging or valid proof of purchase
Goods marked as “Final sale” or “Non-refundable”

2. Return Process

To start a return, you need to:

Contact us via email at support@nutricity.dk and inform:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Images of the product (if relevant)
Our team will review your request and send return instructions if the return is approved.
When we have received and inspected the item, the refund or exchange will be processed.

Please note:

Return shipping is typically paid by the customer, unless the return is due to an error from Nutricity’s side.
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and control
