Welcome to Nutricity (“Nutricity”, “vi”, “os”, “our”,“Gofinch”).

By accessing, using, or making a purchase on nutricity.dk or other affiliated Nutricity websites (collectively referred to as “the Platform”) you agree to these terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the Platform.

Nutricity drives online retailers that offer selected health, wellness, and supplement products to customers in multiple regions, including Denmark via nutricity.dk.

These terms apply to all visitors and customers who use the Platform in Denmark and the EU.

Nutricity’s products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease and are in compliance with applicable EU legislation.

You should always consult a healthcare professional before using dietary supplements if you:

  • Has an existing or chronic condition
  • Prescribing or dispensing prescription or over-the-counter medication

Nutricity is not responsible for side effects resulting from misuse, overdose, or failure to follow the product instructions.

5. Orders, prices and payments

  • All prices on nutricity.dk are displayed in Danish kroner (DKK) and includes VAT, unless otherwise specified
  • Prices may be changed without prior notice
  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy
  • An order becomes binding only when it is confirmed and sent.

Nutricity reserves the right to cancel or reject orders in case of:

  • Suspicion of fraud
  • Error in price or product information

Payments are processed securely through trusted national and international payment providers.

Any disputes shall be resolved by Danish courts. As a consumer, you also have the option to file a complaint for Consumer Complaints Panel or via the EU’s online complaint portal (ODR).
