Directions
Suggested Use: Shake well before use. Follow the dosing instructions below, starting with 1/3 dose and gradually increasing to a full dose, or as recommended by a physician or healthcare professional. Water intake is important while taking a fiber supplement; to ensure proper hydration, ages 1-3 should drink at least 4 fl oz and ages 4+ should drink at least 8 fl oz with this liquid. Do not exceed the recommended dose. 1-3 Years: 1 Tablespoon (15 mL). 4+ Years: 2 Tablespoons (30 mL). Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate and use within 6 months after opening.
