Directions
IMPORTANT! Each full dose will provide 4000mg of vitamin C in a highly absorbable form. The most common side effects of high dose vitamin C in sensitive people are loose stools, gas and bloating. If this occurs don't give up, the product is working! Simply reduce your dose by 50% and take with a meal until the unwanted side effects stop. In other words, decrease to 1/2 teaspoon and then 1/4 teaspoon, if need be, and simply work your dose back up over time as your body adjusts.
