Directions
Since Chocolate Naked Casein contains only three premium ingredients, it’s best to use either a shaker bottle or a blender when mixing. Add two rounded scoops of Naked Casein to 6-10 oz of water or your favorite beverage. If using a shaker bottle, shake for 25 -30 seconds. When using a blender, blend for 20-30 seconds.
